Key Resources serve as the basis for the realization of your company’s sustainability goals and support the successful implementation of your business model. These resources can be both tangible and intangible and play an important role in overcoming environmental, social and economic challenges.

Tangible resources include physical assets such as raw materials, production facilities, buildings, machinery and equipment, and you should ensure that these are environmentally friendly and used in a resource-efficient manner. However, human capital is also an important resource. Human capital comprises the skills, knowledge, experience and motivation of employees that can contribute to the implementation of sustainability initiatives. Finally, partnerships and networks also need to be considered. Collaboration with external partners, suppliers, government agencies, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders can be an important resource for your company.
