Maintaining the customer relationship is an important factor that is part of the Business Model Canvas, as you want to motivate your customers to become loyal customers and to buy from you again and again.
In most cases, this is more cost-effective than acquiring new customers. It is advisable to keep in regular contact with customers and remind them of your offer. Social media and follow-up emails can be helpful here and fall under the heading of retargeting.
In addition to this, good customer care is also very important. Through effective communication channels such as customer support, a hotline or personal contacts, you can show that you offer active support and help when customers have questions or concerns. This will also increase customer satisfaction.
