This field plays a crucial role as it defines the quantitative metrics and performance indicators used to measure the success of your business model.
These metrics provide a clear and objective way to monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of your business. These can be, for example, monthly sales, the number of website visitors or the number of sales calls.
It is important to select metrics that are specific to your business model and goals. These metrics should be meaningful and provide relevant insights into the performance and profitability of your business. It is also important to set realistic goals and regularly review progress to ensure you are on the right track.
The key figures in the Lean Canvas are not only used to monitor the current status quo, but also to derive action measures and identify potential for improvement. By analyzing and interpreting these key figures, you can make well-founded decisions and continuously optimize your business strategy.
